We just had to include a listing for Bela Booteek and By Bela, two little shops with a big impact. Bela's selection of fashion shoes and accessories (in the Booteek) and clothing (in By Bela) are what draw customers from miles away. Looking for distinctive, classy, big-city style? Bela's got it. Too bad she doesn't have a web site. Bela, get a web site!
